Joshua Johnson	Feb 22, 2012 07:51 AM	**This is an email** Hi UCS Help Desk staff: Rebecca ("Becca") Miller, the new photo editor for the "Western Oregon Journal" needs access to the shared Student Media folder. I had forwarded her Brian Berkley's instructions "From a Mac computer, use the Go menu, select connect to server, and type: smb://share.wou.edu/share/clubs/student_media" and she had no luck. Then I thought well, maybe if she re-starts her computer that might solve the problem. However it didn't. Basically, her computer seems to be having the same issue as Ashley Wright's. If you could place this as a higher priority, that would be excellent, although I know you and your staff are probably rather busy. Her WOU iMac number is as follows: 20090866.
