Placing this task "on-hold" for nos.  She didn't
have the laptop with her when I went to do the
upgrade.  She has another machine in her office, a
desktop, 20090312[Edit Inv], that is not eligible for
upgrade to Windows 7.  She thinks the laptop may
already be running Windows 7.  We'll follow-up later.
