She needs some software installed on her new
computer that was not installed in the right
version when the machine was delivered in January,
she reports that Filemaker PRo 10 was installed
but what she needs installed is actually Filemaker
Pro 11 Advanced which can be found at:
T:\FileMaker\FileMaker Pro\Filemaker Pro 11  look
for the installer under FMPro11ADVANCED folder

Also please double check that she had Camtasia
Studio/Snagit installed as well
