I am working on your service request for replacing the monitor in the 24 hour student lounge. The monitor has a physical lock BEHIND the MONITOR. I have asked everybody at the UCS if they have a key to that , but nobody seems to know about it. Do you in any case have a key to the same? Sorry for any inconvenience I am causing.
