I called Cara to clarify her view on the ordering
of a new printer.  She told me that Sandy was told
months ago that no new printer would be ordered
and that she has access to small run envelope jobs
in the Cottage on different printer as wells as
the use of the Printshop for large jobs.  Cara
says to close this task as it is a finished
conversation and no new printer will be ordered.

I just talked with Adam about this issue.
Unfortunately we don't have any extra printers but
we would be more than happy to set you up to a
network printer. If you are interested in getting
a personal printer you can contact Tricia at
flahert@wou.edu or 88904.

I just need a printer. It gets tiring running back
and forth to the printer room.  If I do envelopes
I have to stand at the printer and continually
feed in more envelopes, not to mention putting in
specialty paper and hoping someone else doesn't
print on it.

Description: Fuser has went out on printer
W#20030439[Edit Inv] - needs fixed ASAP

Sandy I wanted to make sure that you knew that
Tricia looked into a new printer for you and
discussed via email with Cara. Cara and Tricia
talked about a Lexmark printer but that is not
supported UCS. If interested in a new printer,
Cara would know the information for the printers
we suggested.
