Hello:

I haven't yet heard back from Brian Wehner, who
was working on that problem.  The computer is a
laptop that Brian W. should have in UCS;  it was
and issue that he attempted to resolve, but that
persisted after the first attempt to fix.  I will
be back on campus on Monday, April 2.
