One is dead, returned other

One of the laptops booted for me fine, and I tried
another charger as well as the one they gave me,
and it charged the battery and turned on fine.

The other is totally dead, it will not power on no
matter what.  I'll talk to Adam about what to do
with it.

Laptop WOU#20080417-Doesn't even power up. 
The battery light flashes from green to orange,
they aren't chagrining and won't work unless
plugged in. Batteries are new as of last year.

NPE 115 there on Amy's desk.
