Hello

I understand that your laptop IP keeps changing,
and you would like to remote in from home. That
is normal, and the network is set up for that to
occur. Is your laptop connected wireless, or
wired? We can set up a static IP for you, but
only through your wired connection. If you are
already wired, we can get that changed over so you
will no longer experience IP changes. You can
call us at 88925 if you have any questions, and I
will contact you as soon as it is ready.

Thanks!

Hello,

I am currently using laptop #20100757[Edit Inv] on a docking
station. I access my computer quite frequently
from home via Remote Desktop. My problem is that
the IP address keeps changing on me and I have no
idea why or how to stop it. Any ideas?
help...please? :)

Thanks,
Cara
