Status changed from (1) Pending to (5) Completed

I did not get into her account.She was not in her 
office as she had taken leave that day.I just 
used the ucs admin account to update windows 
after scanning the computer and finding nothing.I 
am in her office right now.She has taken leave 
for today.I have left her a note stuck to her 
monitor .

Did you copy the files that were in my documents? 
She is not missing everything that was saved. 
Please call her and let her know.

mentioned was not popping up.I tried updating
sophos ,it was already updated.I scanned the
computer and updated windows and office.

Amber is getting a message saying that there is a
potentially hazard program on her computer. She
has restarted her computer and it is still coming up.
