Katie cannot get on line at all nor is her
computer hooked up to a printer. Computer
#20091425[Edit Inv] she said this happened before Spring
break. I tried to walk her through how to add a
printer and she was saying that an IE browser come
up when she went to RUN. She also doesn't know
what version of windows she is using.
