reports and confidential info to TR to be copied.
Will I be getting a new
printer? When might I expect it's arrival?

What's going on!!! This is the third week and my 
printer still has not
been fixed.  I need a printer!!  What do I need 
to do??? Do you have a

Printer 20100420[Edit Inv] won't print and keeps saying
there needs to be new Toner. About 2 weeks he
replaced the toner today he went to print
something out and the printer said it needed it's
toner replaces again.
