Went by yesterday and fixed it.
Just needed a hard shut down.
Error logs were saying something about sophos failed to update 
at the last time it was trying to boot up

Had her log in and updated sophos just fine.
Told her to call back if it happens again

Danielle couldn't print this morning and so she
restarted her computer and now her computer just
says 'Please Wait" and has been stuck like that
for the past 15 mins. So also said last week all
her driver and folders just showed up at little
red X's
