Hi there.
Could you start a ticket for computer #20091297[Edit Inv]. 
Is it possible to get Windows 7 Professional on
this computer.  XP is running havoc on the
captioning system we use to caption wou tv and
materials for an online class.  Please, if
possible, have someone come over to upgrade us to
Windows 7.  This way we can get our accessibility
rolling again.
