There is an older hp printer (20080168) that has the two options 
and is now out of toner.  She was told they are not resupplying 
that printer with toner because it is so old.  They have another Xerox (20100415) that does have color in it but no option to 
print color.

Also, if a task needs to be made to have the lab
attendant fill the toner let the help desk know.
