Hello Dr. Kirby,

I just got back from dropping off and setting up your computer 
in your office.  The upgrade went very smoothly and I was able to 
save all of the files off your desktop.
Since you have not logged onto the new operating system yet, 
you didn't have a profile, so I put all the files on your desktop on 
C: drive.  There should be a folder with your user name on with 
all the files in it.

Go to My Computer > Local C: > kirbyk.  All of the files will be 
there. You can more them to your new desktop or do with them 
what you please.

I sent an inquiry about this last week, but I've 
received no response, so I'm trying again.   The 
computer in my office has taken to crashing on a 
regular basis, and I'm not sure why.  Can I 
please get some advice on what I might do to 
correct the problem?   Any help you can give 
would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble with my office computer. 
Starting about two weeks ago I began experiencing
system crashes, usually when I have been using
Firefox.  What happens is that the system just
freezes and I need to do a restart.  This has been
occurring with increasing frequency, twice already
today.   So it might be good to check the computer
out, and I'm hopeful that you can put me on the
schedule for this.  The unit # for the computer is
20091294[Edit Inv].   Please let me know if you have any
