It seems to be a weird issue with a word document,
the caps and italics and bold commands all stick
on.  But new documents don't do that, so he is
good to go now.

Dean says that whatever he types on his computer
it is all in capital letters. He has tried to
release the Caps Lock and that didn't work he
tried to restart both the program and the computer
and still everything he types in caps. 
He is here till 6 and he be on campus at 10am
tomorrow.
