So after some research, it seems that Google
changed the way that some formats print, and it
makes you save to a pdf first instead of printing
from the browser.  It isn't an error or issue, its
just the way google is doing it now.

She cannot print anything that is an attatchment 
in an email or her calender without being 
prompted to saving it first.When she clicks the 
print button it promps her to save and if she 
doesn't then she can't print.
