Hello Helpdesk,
Although we can now log into this netbook, it is 
logging into the Classroom Network and not the 
WOU Secure Network.  When we attempt to re-route 
it to the WOU secure network it does not allow us 
to do that and asks for a network key.

Disk was too full. Uninstalled some unneeded software and deleted 
all profiles. Also ran ccleaner

This netbook is still a problem.  It still states
'profile cannot be loaded'.  We have tried
restarting and we tried using a yellow network
data jack cable that we unhooked from a staff
computer and we still can't get it to work.

She doesn't need to be at the desk for them to 
take the Netbook. This is a Netbook they check out
to students and it is just behind the front desk.
So just go to the Library tell them you are there
to take the Netbook that won't connect to the
network and they will hand it over.

When she hooks it up to the Ethernet it doesn't
work or when she tries wireless it doesn't work as
well.  This is the same computer that has had the
same problems before.
