They didn't understand about how the red light
means that its charging and green means full.  No
actual problem.

Greetings,

 

This is a MAC that is one of the laptops we check
out to students. It appears the power cord is not
charging the laptop. It is not turning on I
believe because it is not getting power. I have
taken this out of service and please send a tech
to fix this as soon as you can. Thanks and let me
know if you have any questions.
