Lacey Davis	May 03, 2012 01:52 PM	The problem is getting worse. In the past 10 minutes it has jammed 6 times. The printer says the maintenance kit is Missing (when it's not) and after you take the maintenance kit out and put it back, it is followed by a paper jam.	Add Attachment

Ryan Driver	Apr 30, 2012 01:38 PM	I replaced the maintenance kit on the Xerox 8860 in the APSC lab, but after printing a few pages it will asking for a new one again. Usually after checking the kit it will then say it has a paper jam.	Add Attachment
