Hi,

 

I know this was being worked on and I think a part
was ordered. Can you please check on the status of
this repair. We are putting paper in the computer
lab a lot because there is only one printer. Thanks!

Greetings,

 

Printer 2008 0293 is saying it has a paper jam in
drawer 2 but I do not see one. I have turned the
printer off and taken out the cartridge. So please
know the cartridge is in the black cabinet in the
computer lab. If I am not here the Info Desk can
get you into the black cabinet.
