Printer was having issues jamming. Ran a cleaning
page through. Printed 10 pages no problem, then a
student did a 90 page print and no issues. Resolved.

Tore the thing apart. Could not find any paper.  Unplugged it a few

Hi!

The printer is jammed; in the student computer lab
on the 2nd floor of the Nat Sci Bldg. It has been
having problems for the last week or so. The
current error message on the screen is "Jam inside
rear door."

It's an HP Laserjet 4250dtn, and the WOU # is
20050247[Edit Inv].

The sooner it can be taken care of; the better.
(Currently students are printing to a printer in a
labroom that's about to get locked down for a lab
practical exam, so they won't have access to that
printer until Friday).
