Hi Robin,

I need some additional information regarding service request 
#47161

Description: can't send print jobs to networked printer

I was wondering if you were still having problems with the Social 
Science network printer?  If so, what times works best for you to 
have a tech come out and take a look at it?

It has been a week and I am still unable to print
to either of the Social Science network printers.
I still get the message "printer paused."  I have
not heard from a tech.  Can you help?

Hi Computing Services,

Sharyne Ryals in the Social Science office called
last week to report this problem but I'm not sure
a help request was registered.

My computer 20080825[Edit Inv] started showing the symbol
for "Printer Paused" last week when I tried to
send jobs to the networked Social Science printer:
socialscience.wou.edu.  Over the weekend the same
thing began happening for our backup networked
printer: socback.wou.edu.  In both cases, when I
open the printer dialog box and click on Resume
printer, it opens a box with a padlock and tells
me "Type the name and password of a user in the
"lpadmin" group to allow socback.wou.edu.app to
make changes."  It doesn't like my name and password.
Can you unpause these printers for me?
