I sit possible that i can collect your laptop at 1
pm on this  Thusrday during your office hours and
finish the activation of nvivo?
I might take 1 and half hour on it because it is
acting up for some reason.I just need one and half
to two hours at a stretch for the installation and
activation.

I did the installation with somebody else's
product license key.It needs to be activated
either with this installation or uninstall
it,install nvivo with his own product license key
and activated.

I went and checked at his office.He wasn't there
during his office hours(11am to 1pm)
