Changed the ucsadmin account back to normal and rebound it to 
the network. Adam put the computer into the right OU and I made 
sure she cached her credentials and could get onto wireless before I 
left

I am sorry about the confusion.I tried calling UCS
helpdesk thrice in the morning about this but it
remained on call .I have spoken to Martha
regarding it.I will be taking it back to her on
Tuesday.

She wants to change her password that is specific
to the laptop.It is not her normal mash password.
I am not able to get into ucsadmin account in it.
