Sophos and Windows completely updated. Cisco
didn't want to acknowledge new Sophos definitions.
Dave Mc added exception, so removed Cisco off
computer.

The laptop needs to have Cicso and sophos 
updated. It keeps coming up with an error that 
says the updates didn't work.
