Duplicate issue as ticket 47087. Fixed this issue
today. The computer needed a reboot after being on
for 118 days. Resolved

This computer is Eric Cooley's but since he isn't
here often he wants Linda as the contact. Computer
20090539[Edit Inv] cannot get on the internet using either
IE or FireFox. He said when using IE the tool bar
comes up but gets an error that the computer
cannot connect to the web page. And with FireFox
he gets teh same error.
