I put a new image on the computer and Susie
reloaded the software on it that they needed.  It
seems to be working better now.

Hi Adam.
Here is a picture of the "fatal error" that keeps 
haunting this computer.  The computer is here in 
the office if you would like to come pick it up 
for re-imaging.  
Yesterday it took 20 minutes for the computer to 
link to the network.  For those 20 minutes the 
student was without accommodations.  Staff took 
the laptop over to tech and tech mentioned 
something about IP address and not having 
enough.  Our computers should have an address 
attached to them that we have been using for 
several years.  Why the change if this statement 
is true?  

Joanie, since these computers have been giving us 
issues since we bought them.  Can we send them 
back or what is the protocol?  Some type of error 
has shown up every day we use these laptops.  
Please advise.  If we need to send them back 
while still under warrenty, then after finals ODS 
can relinquish them to the manufacturer and have 
them send us ones that work.  ODS would need to 
have the new computers by September 1 to make 
sure everything is up and running come Sept. 24th.
