I was able to duplicate the issue. USB ports on
the back are bad and do stop working randomly. New

Unable to replicate yet. Lori insistent it is an
intermittent hardware issue. Per Adam, swapped out
20100120[Edit Inv] with wou# 20070126[Edit Inv]. Will try and
duplicate error in ITC in the mean time on 20100120[Edit Inv].

The mouse and keyboard for the computer will stop 
working sometimes. 

We have worked on this before just a couple days 
ago but it is doing it again now. 

She said it seems to be the jacks on the computer 
that are the problem.
