I took my laptop to the macstore in Corvallis and
they confirmed that the battery needs to be
replaced. . .they also said that this battery
should be covered under warranty since it is only
6months old.  I already ordered a new battery
through UCS and when it comes in, I will bring the
dead battery in.
Please let me know when the new battery is
expected to be in.

LaRon called and got his laptop back but now the
battery is having issues.  He says it only runs
when he has it plugged in.  It is not holding any
charge.  The percentage stays at 0 but the green
light for a full charge is lit up.  The computer
just turns off when he unplugs it.

He will be out of the office the next 2 weeks,
email is the best contact.

I attempted to deliver to computer to the Mac
Store in Corvallis.
Financial arrangements have been made, but they
needed details about the issues the computer had.
 I had no idea, and I don't see notes here. 
Joanie, Richard and LaRon were all out on friday.

My recommendation is that LaRon take it himself.
The computer is on my desk.

Left him a voicemail.  I'll take it to the Mac
Store - when I can.  I told him to call me when
he's back and he can check to see if I've made it
there yet.
