We were just following up with you regarding a
service request that we have for you.  (#47367)

Description: Computer will not move past the
windows screen 

I just wanted to check in with you about this
ticket. It says that you will be out of the office
until after 7/3/12. Please just contact us when
you get back so we can have a tech come take a
look at your screen.

you were still experiencing the issue of not
getting past the windows screen on boot up. If you

The computer will power on but it gets stuck on
the windows screen. 
"A disk needs to be checked" error. 

Has been going on for two.
