I have opened a support case, #3292946 with 
Sophos.  They are asking me to submit the file 
this machine quarantined, but I can't get it off 
the machine - Win Explorer has been hacked and 
doesn't work - even command window - reports that 
the drive is empty....

Is there any way to get a temp machine to Brad 
while this is worked on??

Mike says that Brad's computer has a virus. Sophos
caught it and quarantined the virus that is
C:program data LGAKEEGGDTTSBJ.exe it is saying
that the hard drive of the computer is empty and a
few other things have been changedc.
