I submitted a service request last week and have
not received an email or phone call that indicates
if or when someone will be in touch with me to
address the VM ware issues discussed in the ticket.

he is reporting extreme slowness when running
VMware and may need help with adjusting his
resource settings.  He is also trying to use
Camtasia and Snagit in the WIN  side of things and
having trouble with it capturing screen and
reporting no video as well.  I had shown him how
to turn on the webcam  in the WIN side of Fusion
before but am not sure if he remembered that piece
of things.  He may need a general tutorial in how
to operate the VMware environment or they may be
some greater software or hardware problem involved.
