On April 27, 2012 in a meeting to discuss the
conversion of the ID system at WOU we the Health
and Wellness Center stated that the HWC would need
the ability to encode cards/needed UCS to purchase
the card encoding component for our card printer.
Since, then we have made the switch to the new ID
cards. During the week of June 18, 2012 (HWC
Business Officer) Maggi Daugherty¿s computer was
upgraded to Windows 7, which eliminated her
ability to encode HWC cards. Since then we
submitted a work request on June 21, 2012 to get
the software replaced, I called on June 27, 2012
to see if the request could be higher prioritized
(it was) and currently on July 9, 2012 we have had
no communication or update regarding either
request. Please help.

Please have the card encoder portion of the HWC
printer purchased so HWC ID card can be encoded
when printed. UCS Property code 20100760[Edit Inv].

Please have the card encoder software installed on
(HWC Business Officer) Maggi Daugherty¿s computer.

Please update Service Request 47539 with the above
information. Thank you!
