Checked today, Tina states the issue seems to be
resolved, it was just the initial profile cache

It was first log info for the user at that
computer terminal. User has a rather large
profile, so it was initial cache upon logging in.
Tina stated they will call or email tomorrow if
the issue continues.

****This is an email****
Hello,

There is a new advisor who started today in the
Academic Advising office. When she logged in on
her computer this morning, it took 20 minutes to
complete the log-in. I checked the CPU and monitor
tracking number and it looks like this is a fairly
old machine. I wanted to see if it is ready to be
upgraded. The CPU #20080485[Edit Inv] and the monitor
#20060313[Edit Inv]. Please let me know if this computer is
ready to be upgraded and if it is not, could
someone please come and take a look at it to see
if there is something that can be done to speed up
the login process. This machine is located in one
of the advising offices in APSC 401.

Let me know if you have any questions or need any
further information.
