There were two versions of MS Office on her
computer:  2003 and 2007.  Uninstalled 2003 and
made sure old Office files could be opened in
2007.  Everything was working properly.  She will
contact if she sees the same issue.

Laven and I visited with Cindi.  She could not get
Excel to replicate the issue and mentioned that
Excel sporadically will produce the error message
mentioned below.  We mentioned to her that
sometimes there are compatibility issues when
saving Excel files certain ways.  We also
mentioned naming conventions and described that at
times files will not be able to be opened when
file names are extremely long.  We cleared her
temp folder (%temp%).  If she sees the issue occur
again, she will call our office and leave it up on
her screen.
