I just installed Mac ScreenFlow Telestream
software, in ED 224 it work fine.

PAm has called in to me directly saying that her
Screenflow is still not working. She is licensed
for Screenflow3 which can be found at T:\5. Mac
Software\ScreenFlow_Telestream
but it appears that she has Auto-Updated to
Screenflow4 which causes it to want a new
registration code to be purchased.  The solution
is to un-install ScreenFlow4 and re-install
ScreenFlow3 and to make sure Auto update is not
CHECKED as this will prevent that from happening
in the future.  She is in her office until 3 or
4pm today so if we can make sure this gets
resolved today that would be preferable since it
has been a long ongoing issue

She is coming up as not registered thus watermark
when she goes to use screenflow, this may be a
profile issue with the install/registration
process.  Please make sure it gets registered
under her profile and is set up to NOT Auto-update
as previous users have had problems with
Screenflow updating to new versions with out
asking and thus going into unregistered mode.  She
is available this week Tues, Wed, Thurs from 10am-3pm
