I went down and worked on the printer. I took the
fuser out and looked at the gears and all of the
rollers. Nothing seemed to be weird. I printed
about 15 test pages and also had one of the
student workers print a test page and everything
looked fine.

****This is an email****
It has been nearly 2 weeks since the request
(#47695) for service on a printer was placed, and
no activity has occurred. We are in dire need of
getting the printer looked at and serviced and the
delay is starting to negatively impact the work
that needs to be performed. Last email sent was
responded with:

" I have updated this task to high priority.
Unfortunately the tech
that looked at the printer on Friday was mistaken
and Adam will not be
in the office until tomorrow Tuesday July 10th. I
have double checked
this information and we are sure Adam will be back
tomorrow and this
task will be waiting for him when he returns to
the office. Thank you
for your patience and sorry that is this taking
longer than intended."

As of now, no new movement on this request has
occurred since the last update.
Thank you,
Pat Aldrich

Hello,
The tech that was here on Friday working on the
printer said he would have Adam come over and
check it out today. We need this printer up and
running, so if he can be over as soon as he is
available it would be much appreciated.
Pat

I went and took a look, and I opened everything up
and checked for a jam, and there was nothing in
there. Restarted the printer and held the power
button while unplugged, and it fires up and gets
to "ready", but when someone tries to print, it
makes a knocking noise when it should be grabbing
the paper from the tray, so it may be physical damage.

The printer in NS 021 is saying "Clear Paper Path"
and won't accept any print jobs. They have looked
but cannot find a jam in the printer.
