Laven and I worked on computer.  Firefox and flash
were updated to latest versions.  Java was updated
to 6_32.  Louann is a new employee and her first
day is today.  She did not yet have access to
Banner.  I gave her Faye's number so she could
check on the status of her Banner privileges.

Louann Brant is new at ODS and needs her computer
set up for her. She needs to be made an admin on
the computer as well as she is having issues with
Banner.
