"Alot" toolbar didnt install an app on the
computer. App was not found in either Programs
and Features or the registry. Instead, it was
added as an extension on Firefox. To clean, I had
to go to Add Ons > Extensions and I could delete
the toolbar from there. Toolbar was most likely a
virus making application loading very slow.

Somehow downloaded a tool bar in Fire fox. He says
the tool bar is called A lot. He thinks it is
making pages load slow and 'weird'. He has moved
to IE since that doesn't have the tool bar, but he
is not sure how to delete this tool bar. He tried
to go to uninstall and that does nothing.
