Was typing "krusty.wou.edu" and it wouldnt let him
add a printer outside the local network.  Just
doing //krusty worked fine.

Dear UCS ---

This machine is returned (from Service Request
#47742) and is running, 
however, we continue to experience issues with the
computer.
We can login and run \\krusty.wou.edu\, see the
available printers, but can't add any of them.

When I go full manual install on printer the
Windows Update fails 
and when I finally got printer added, it is
complaining of network issues.

Bottom line:  It's not right.

Hard drive was replaced Friday afternoon and
computer was given back to Laven for imaging.

Dear UCS ---

We have a PC in The Cottage (room 104) with no
boot image.

I checked for external drives, CDs left in the
tray, and found nothing.
I started it three times, and receive passing
diagnostics
and then black screen, white text

  No boot device available --
