Malwarebytes found 7 risks. All were deleted.
Updated Flash and Firefox. Nathaniel logged in
and checked programs that were not running and
everything was working again. He will contact UCS
again if he notices programs malfunctioning.

When he opens his email it crashes. He is using
IE, sometimes it will let him open his emails
sometimes it will open it and then close the whole
browser randomly. He is also having a hard time
connecting to OCLC Connection he "OCLC Connection
has stopped working windows is looking for a
solution to the problem" When he tries fire fox
for his email is says "Some WOU mail features have
failed to load do to an internet connectivity
problem"
