Lori Burgeson	Jul 19, 2012 08:07 AM	Virus scans were completed. Multiple threats were detected and deleted. Network settings were checked and nothing out of the ordinary was found. Internet settings were checked on all browsers. Again, nothing was found. Internet would not connect in any profile. Re-imaged machine and deployed. Will check again this morning to make sure all programs are installed and working properly.	Add Attachment
Emily Kavanagh	Jul 18, 2012 08:51 AM	One of the computers in the mail room isn't connecting to the internet. She has tried to make sure all the cords and cables are in the right place. This started yesterday, the computer just looks like its thinking then doesn't pull up a page. Says they aren't connected to the internet.	Add Attachment
