Actually, my reluctance was not to changing over
to Windows 7, but in updating from 2003 Word &
Excel to 2007.  Any helps or tutorials with
regards to that?

Debbie,

I let Dale know and he will be in contact with you
on what day and time works best with his schedule.
Dale would like you to be there for the beginning
and at the end to make sure that everything is in
place correctly. We can also make sure that your
word and excel are updated.

The afternoons would work better for me so if you
want to do it already this week, Thurs. or Fri
afternoon would be good.  Would it be a good idea
for me to stick around while that's being done?  
 Also, I need to have my WORD & EXCEL programs
updated from 2003 to 2007 - is that part of the
same process?

Debbie,

As of right now the TRC would be the best resource
for any tutorials/manuals for Windows 7. We have a
tech that will be working on a tutorial for
Windows 7, so once completed I can make sure that
you have access to that. What times would work
best for you to do this upgrade? This process
normally takes a few hours to complete.

Are there any tutorials/manuals, whatever, that
would help with all the questions I'm bound to
