Lori Burgeson	Jul 31, 2012 04:29 PM	Ran Malwarebytes - found 18 threats and deleted them manually. Found installed toolbars - Coupons, Utility Chest, etc. Utility Chest caused all of the viruses on her computer. Uninstalled all toolbars and she should be back up and running.
