Hello Christine and Mareen,

You station is in our service request queue under
#47986 to have it replaced with a new PC desktop
and 22 inch monitor.  A UCS technician will be
contacting both of you with a time and information
on what the installation will entail.   They have
a list of machines they are replacing so I can not
give you a specific time or date.  I am adding
your email to the service request so they are
aware of  your concerns and can make sure to go
over the process when they are ready to come set
up your new station.
