Printer got the new formatter put in it.  It is
back up and running.

A new formatter is on order for the printer.  I
tried to rework some of the soldier joints on the
old board but had no luck.

Hello- our printer that was having an issue last
week began having the same problem again and has
to be restarted in order to print.  The closed
service request from before was #47990.

I cold reset the printer.  This seems to have
fixed the problem.  Adria is going to contact me
back if it happens again.

The printer in our front Nursing office (MNB 201) 
has been having issues recently where we usually 
have to restart it a couple times a day before it 
will print anything, and sometimes it still does 
not print.  Is this possibly a network problem, 
or more likely an issue with the printer itself?  
The printer is an HP LaserJet P2015dh, and the 
printer is \\bart\NU-Glucose, ID# 20070771[Edit Inv].  If 
it¿s an issue with the printer, would it be 
possible to get a replacement black and white 
printer for this office?
