It was a crash dump.  It was a new image, but I
played with the computer for a while and nothing
happened.  I told her to keep an eye on it, and it
may need a different image if it happens again.

She called today and said her computer was working
fine, working on word file, and the computer
showed a blue screen and said a problem has been
detected and windows is shutting down.  The
computer doesn't shut down on itself.  She has
turned the computer off.

reimaged, had a lot of malware.

This might of been because of the network issues
we were having earlier. I tried calling her back
and she was out of the office.

Adry said that she had to click out of a strange
window a few times this morning and then did a
hard shut down. Her computer didn't turn on so she
held the button again and it got her to the log on
screen but she couldn't get past the log in screen.
