I took the formatter board home and baked it at
350 degrees for 8 minutes and the printer is back
up and running.

Adam:  Blake and I took a look at this printer and
there must be something wrong internally.  In the
mean time, she has another printer set as her
default printer, but could you please look at this
when you get back?

Deb has had a few issues with this printer.
Currently when she turns it off and then back on
nothing appears on the printer screen.
