She called back and disk check seemed to work.
Computer working normally now. Also told her how
to bypass the check disk screen if it pops up
again. She is going to contact Trisha for computer
prices for a new one.

When starting up computer XP tries to do a disk
check. Logging in is fine. Ran disk check and will
check back with her later to see if that fixes the
slowness.

When she tries to log onto the computer she gets
error messages and then the computer doesn't go
anywhere.

they are using hallcm to log onto the computer.
